LCM FOUNDATION
EVERY SHADE OF MOTHERHOOD

Meet Leah May-Founder of LCM foundation

Hello everyone, my name is Leah May — I’m a proud mother of four amazing boys, and my journey through motherhood has been anything but easy.

When I became a mom at a young age, I didn’t have a clear idea of what motherhood looked like. I had no real guidance, no education, and no village to lean on. I just went with the flow and learned as I went — making mistakes, figuring out what worked, and growing with every experience.

With each child, I learned something new — what to do, what not to do, and what it truly means to be a mother. But along the way, I also faced my own deep struggles:

  • Postpartum depression with three of my four children

  • Body changes that shook my confidence

  • Fear and uncertainty about doing everything “right”

There were times I felt completely alone, without the resources, support, or understanding I needed. But I prayed — and kept praying — and little by little, I found strength, healing, and clarity through my faith.

That’s why I created the LCM Foundation — to build the village I didn’t have. A safe space where mothers can:

  • Heal emotionally and mentally

  • Get resources and education about motherhood

  • Find support for postpartum struggles

  • Connect with other moms who understand their journey

  • Build a community of love, care, and protection for our children

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. I dream of bringing back the kind of community our mothers and grandmothers once had — where moms were cared for, babies were nurtured, and women leaned on each other through every season.

This is more than a foundation — it’s a movement.

A place for healing, support, and growth.

A space where we celebrate every shade of motherhood — the beautiful, the messy, and the real.

Join me as we create a village where no mom feels alone and every child is surrounded by love, care, and community. Together, we are stronger. 🌿
